The Institute for Law and Technology (ILT) is the newest division of the Center for American and International Law, a non-profit educational organization which since 1947 has served lawyers and law enforcement officials from 130 countries.

Inaugurated in 2003, the purpose of the Institute is to provide a premier national and global forum on intellectual property and technology-related legal issues of policy and practice affecting counsel and companies in the digital age.

The Institute for Law and Technology is a membership-based educational institution offering a variety of educational programs and activities for its members and for the public. ILT Membership is available to corporations, law firms, attorneys, professors and other interested individuals and organizations.

46th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference Co-Chairs Named

Led by conference co-chairs Elisabeth A. Evert (Founding Partner, Hitchcock Evert LLP, Dallas) and Bruce S. Sostek (Thompson Knight LLP, Dallas), the 46th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference will be held November 10-11, 2008, at the Center for American and International Law in Plano, Texas. The Institute for Law and Technology Advisory Board Dinner will take place on Monday evening, November 10.
